Weekly classes are great for consistent results all year round. We encourage students in group classes to encourage one another and go beyond initial limits.
No previous knowledge of dance is required to take a Bellymove class.
Recommended: comfortable attire, clean sneakers, a towel and a large bottle of water!

The playlist structures the class, with high-intensity training and moments of recuperation. Each choreography targets a specific body part or aims to work the cardiovascular system. The class is intended to burn the maximum amount of calories in 1 hour and keep students feeling strong.
Each combination is easy to follow and remember. Class after class, we use the same movements (with some twists!), to work targeted muscle groups. Our classes end with a deep stretch to improve flexibility and eliminate soreness after our workout.
